5 Simple Movements that Can Eliminate Double Chin, Let's Try!

<b>1.	Dongakkan Kepala</b>

Who would have thought that just by looking up, double chin can gradually reduce? This exercise is very effective, you know. Because, tilting the head will involve the chin muscles and help burn fat.

Position your shoulders and back straight, then tilt your head backwards and look up. After that, pucker your lips to tighten the skin around your neck and chin. Hold this position for 15 seconds, then return to the original position. Repeat this movement 15 times every day for more effectiveness.

<b>2.	Tekan Lidah ke Langit-langit Mulut</b>

Almost similar to the first method, you simply need to straighten your back and shoulders, then tilt your head back and look up.

After that, press your tongue to the roof of your mouth until your chin feels tight. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then return to the original position. Repeat 3-5 times per day, yes!

Turns out, taking a photo with lips forming the letter 'O' that are pressed together can reduce double chin.

Straighten your back and shoulders, then tilt your head up with your lips still closed. Form the letter 'O' with your lips and hold for 10 seconds. Do this ten times a day, okay.
