For inflamed acne-prone skin, it is better to choose physical sunscreen. This is because inflamed skin is usually sensitive, so physical sunscreens can form a layer on the skin to protect it from UV rays. For acne-prone skin with blackheads, it is recommended to use chemical sunscreen. Physical sunscreens, especially those with high SPF, often contain heavy ingredients.
