One prominent example is the ethnic style showcased by Indonesian Idol alumna, Nabila Taqiyyah. On several occasions on stage, she appeared with two looks that were heavily influenced by the distinctive ethnic nuances of Indonesia.

One example of her appearance is when she wears a black brocade top that is designed with shoulder patterns similar to beskap.
This appearance is given an Indonesian cultural touch through the use of woven fabric for the belt, which combines white and black colors. The black A-line skirt is a perfect match for the top. In this look, Nabila chose to wear a black kebaya janggan top. Featuring an edgy cut with crops on the right and left sides, while remaining long in the middle.

To complete the top, Nabila Taqiyyah chose a white batik skirt that provides an interesting contrast.
