Dream - Hijabers is often used to refer to women who wear hijab, which covers the hair, neck, and entire body according to Islamic teachings. Hijab has become an identity for many Muslim women around the world.
"In Indonesia, we are accustomed to the daily life of hijabers, but for those who do not live in a Muslim country, many are curious. One of them is about how hijabers take a shower. The question was asked to the owner of Instagram @maryxm.mx, an English hijaber."
One of her followers, Kim Lane, asked innocently, "How do you wash your hair without taking off your hijab?"
Joking Answer
In response to the question with humor, @maryxm.mx uploaded a video showing herself showering under the shower without taking off her hijab.
"In the video, she can be seen pouring water on her hijab and clothes, then drying her hijab with a hair dryer. 'This is basically how we (hijabers) take a shower,' she wrote as the video caption."

The video triggered various funny comments from netizens who were having fun with the situation. "I'm worried that some people might actually believe this!!!" wrote the account @zoyaakhanx. "Girls, my hijab doesn't grow (as if it's hair), what should I do? Any solutions? 😂😂," joked the account @zeynep__963.
"Does the texture of other people's hijabs change after having a child? I used to have a chiffon hijab, but after having a baby, the texture became more like jersey fabric," joked the account @em_distrik_12, likening the texture of hijabs to the texture of hair that changes during pregnancy."
