David Ozora Refuses to Meet, Mario Dandy Threatens to Shoot and Calls Brimob

Dream - David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina, revealed the threats conveyed by Mario Dandy to his son. He found the threat when checking David's cellphone after the assault occurred.

The judge initially asked if David had ever mentioned threats before the assault occurred.

"Did David tell you if he had any enemies or if he had been threatened or not?," the judge asked during the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

"I knew about the threats after I checked David's cellphone, previously I didn't know," said Jonathan.

Jonathan considered the threat to be serious. He mentioned that many conversations have been deleted, but there are some that have been captured by him.

"The threats are quite serious, because it mentioned shooting David, calling Brimob, and finishing off David," he said.

"Was it through WhatsApp messages?" the judge asked.

"Through WhatsApp on Agnes' cellphone. In that WhatsApp, it was mentioned 'I'm Dandy'. The WhatsApp was with the AG number, but in that WhatsApp, this perpetrator mentioned 'I'm Dandy' several times," he said.

David's Father's Cold Response When Mario Dandy Apologizes in Court

Dream - Mario Dandy directly apologized to David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina. He expressed his concern for David's condition as a victim of the assault.

"As the main perpetrator, I want to express my deep concern for David's current condition. And I also want to apologize from the bottom of my heart," Mario said at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

Jonathan, who was present in court as a witness, refused to further respond to Mario Dandy's apology. "Let's continue in court, Your Honor," Jonathan said.

In his response, Mario also expressed his objection to Jonathan's statement in court. One of them is about Mario, along with two other suspects, Shane Lukas and AG, being mentioned playing the guitar at the Pesanggrahan Police Station.

"Regarding the guitar at the police station, I never touched that guitar, Your Honor," Mario explained.

After Mario Dandy apologized, it was Shane Lukas' turn to express his objection to one of Jonathan's testimonies.

"After hearing the witness's testimony, I object to the mention of the perpetrators because I didn't participate in assaulting David at that time," Shane said.

Shane also expressed empathy for David Ozora's condition, who was in a coma and hospitalized for 56 days.

"I also empathize with David's current condition and I pray for David's recovery to return to normal," Shane said.

Jonathan Latumahina immediately responded, "Let's continue in court," Jonathan said.

Dream - David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina, revealed that he received information that Mario Dandy promised AG and Shane Lukas that their case would be taken care of by his father, Rafael Alun Trisambodo.

Initially, Jonathan said he received information from witnesses named Rudi and Natalia. According to Jonathan, Rudi and Natalia overheard Mario's conversation with AG and Shane Lukas at the Pesanggrahan Police Station, South Jakarta.

"What did the defendant say?" the judge asked during the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

"Just relax, you guys won't get caught, it's Dandy who said that, you guys won't be affected by Agnes or Shane, Papa will take care of it, I might only get 2 years and 8 months. From that, I assume that something is wrong, my son is the victim," Jonathan imitated Mario's conversation with AG and Shane.

Upon hearing this information, Jonathan was determined to fight. He wanted justice for his son.

"Well, I consider this to be illogical and it upsets me as a sane person. From the series of events, I just want to say that no matter how far this goes, I will fight, even to the South Jakarta Police Resort, whose chief of police has clarified the assault twice in press conferences, initially only twice, then revised because there was a viral video," he said.

Jonathan expressed disappointment if Mario's words were true. He felt relieved when this assault case was attended to by the Jakarta Metro Police.

"Finally, yes, the case is moving forward. I just told the South Jakarta Police, I am a member of Banser, Your Honor, who is educated to be loyal to the rules of the Republic of Indonesia. What makes me upset is when I fight for it, but many easily defy this with trivial matters that, in my opinion, deserve to be fought against, such as the press conference being corrected, the car that can enter and exit on its own, and even the perpetrators can state that 'you will be taken care of by Papa, only I will be affected'," he explained.

"What access to information? What I fought for with my organization means nothing, I still fight until I finally get support from the Jakarta Metro Police, through Bang Hengky visiting David with Chief of Police Bang Fadil at that time, stating that we will proceed with the case and we have seen CCTV footage, David must recover immediately, and it really relieved me when the Jakarta Metro Police committed to safeguarding this case," he continued.
