This male cat is a "employee" at the Pratama Serpong Tax Service Office in Tangerang, Banten.

Soleh serves as a Meow Expert Counselor. Soleh's employment status is confirmed by the name card hanging around his neck since November 18, 2022.

It is known that Soleh always visits the office of the Head of the Pratama Serpong Tax Service Office every morning. The room has become Soleh's favorite place to spend time before performing his duties.
