Just Want to Go Viral, This Man Dares to Take a Selfie with a Snake Around His Neck, Ends in Tragedy

Dream – Selfie has become a common thing for someone who wants to capture precious moments. However, selfies can also be a threat if the moment captured endangers one's life.

Like the following man, who dared to take a photo with a venomous snake for the sake of going viral on social media. As a result, the unfortunate man lost his life after being bitten by the snake on his neck.

The incident occurred in Kandukur, Andhra Pradesh, India. Initially, a snake charmer was performing in one corner of the city. Quoted from India Times, the snake charmer was showing the act in order to earn money for his wife's treatment.

Suddenly, a man named Reddy who was fascinated by the snake started approaching the dangerous performance.

Not only watching, he even took the snake from the snake charmer and wrapped it around his neck.

Before Reddy started his action, the snake charmer said that the snake was not dangerous because its fangs had been removed.

Hearing that, Reddy believed in its safety and asked the snake charmer if he could take a selfie with the reptile. He did it so that his photo could go viral on social media.

The snake charmer then helped wrap the venomous snake around Reddy's neck. After taking the photo, he thought everything would be fine.

Reddy also placed his hand on the snake, but when he tried to touch it, the snake bit him right on his right hand.

Local residents who witnessed the incident then tried to take Reddy to the nearest hospital in Ongole.

But fate was not on his side. Before reaching the hospital, he couldn't be saved and died on the way due to the snake bite.
