Nawaitu an akuna imaman lisholati dzuhrin jam'iyyatin sunnatan lillahi ta'ala.
Meaning: "I intend to become the imam in the congregational Dhuhr prayer, following the sunnah, for the sake of Allah Ta'ala."

Allaahu akbar kabiiraw walhamdu lillaahi katsiira wa subhaanallaahi bukrataw wa'ashiila. Inni wajjahtu wajhiya lilladzii fataras samawaati wal ardha, haniifam muslimaw wamaa anaa minal musyrikiin.Inna sholaatii wa nusukii wa mahyaaya wa mamaatii lillaahi rabbil aalamiin. Laa syariikalahu wa bidzaalika umirtu wa anaa minal muslimiin.
Meaning:
Allah is the Greatest, His greatness is perfect. All praise is for Allah, the praise that is abundant. And glory be to Allah in the morning and evening." Thus, I turn my face towards the One who created the heavens and the earth, sincerely and as a Muslim, and I am not one of the polytheists. Indeed, my prayer, my worship, my life, and my death are all for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. He has no partner, and thus I have been commanded, and I am among the Muslims.

Attahiyyaatul mubaarokaatush sholawaatuth thoyyibaatu lillaah. assalaamu 'alaika ayyuhan nabiyyu wa rohmatullahi wa barokaatuh. assalaaamu'alainaa wa 'alaa 'ibaadillaahish shoolihiin. asyhadu allaa ilaaha illallah wa asyhadu anna muhammadar rosuulullah. allahumma sholli 'alaa muhammad.
Meaning: "All respect, worship, and good deeds are for Allah alone. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy and blessings of Allah. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, send peace upon Muhammad."
Allahumma sholli 'alaa muhammad wa 'alaa aali muhammad kamaa shollaita 'alaa ibroohim wa 'alaa aali ibroohimm innaka hamiidum majiid. alloohumma baarik 'alaa muhammad wa 'alaa aali muhammad kamaa baarokta 'alaa ibroohim wa 'alaa aali ibroohimm innaka hamiidum majiid.
Meaning: "O Allah, send peace upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You have sent peace upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. You are indeed praiseworthy and glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You have blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. You are indeed praiseworthy and glorious."
Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah
Meaning: "May the peace and mercy of Allah be upon you."
