Receiving Stock Grants from Father, Two Daughters of BCA Auto President Directors Become Billionaires

Dream - President Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) Jahja Setiaatmadja donated his personal BBCA shares to his two children. The total value of the shares transferred to his family members is worth Rp74 billion.

Quoting information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Jahja Setiaatmadja donated 4 million shares of BBCA each with a price of Rp9,250 to Elizabeth Ariestia and Enrica Ariestia.

The total value of the stock transfer transactions is worth Rp37 billion each.

"The purpose of the grant transaction to children with direct share ownership status," wrote BCA Management, quoted on Monday, August 21, 2023.

Originally, Jahja owned 40,818,853 BBCA shares or equivalent to 0.033 percent. After donating to his two children, Jahja's ownership of BBCA shares decreased to 32,818,853 or 0.027 percent.

It is known that BBCA shares weakened at the close of trading on Friday, August 18, 2023. BBCA shares weakened by 0.54 percent to Rp9,250 per share.

According to RTI data, BBCA shares opened at Rp9,250 from the initial price of Rp9,300. BBCA shares reached a high of Rp9,350 and a low of Rp9,250 per share.

The total trading frequency of BBCA recorded 12,140 times with a trading volume of 79.33 million and a transaction value of Rp735.72 billion.

Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), BCA shareholders include PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan at 54.94 percent, Robert Budi Hartono at 0.023 percent, Bambang Hartono at 0.022 percent, controlling affiliated parties at 2.43 percent.

In addition, BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja at 0.033 percent, Armand Wahyudi Hartono at 0.003 percent, Subur Tan at 0.011 percent, Rudy Susanto at 0.002 percent, Lianawaty Suwono at 0.002 percent.

Santoso at 0.002 percent, Djohan Emir Setijoso at 0.086 percent, Tonny Kusnadi at 0.006 percent. Then Vera Eve Lim at 0.002 percent, Gregory Hendra Lembong at 0.001 percent, Frenky Chandra Kusuma at 0.002 percent, warkat society at 0.009 percent, and non-warkat society at 42.39 percent.
