This is as the Prophet said:

"The most difficult prayer for hypocrites to perform is the Isha and Fajr prayers." (Narrated by Bukhari)

Failing to Gain Assistance and Protection from Allah SWT

Performing the dawn prayer can gain assistance and protection from Allah SWT. Meanwhile, for those who leave the dawn prayer, they cannot obtain these virtues. This is in accordance with the saying of the Prophet:

"Whoever performs the dawn prayer, then he is under the protection of Allah." (Narrated by Muslim)

Failing to Gain One of the Causes of Salvation from Hell

Every Muslim certainly wants to be saved from hell. Therefore, do good deeds and worship as best as possible during life, one of which is performing the dawn prayer on time. "No one who performs prayer before sunrise and before sunset will enter hell." (Narrated by Muslim)

Failing to Gain the Reward of Qiyamul Lail

Those who leave the dawn prayer will not be able to obtain the reward of qiyamul lail for the whole night. As explained in the hadith of the Prophet:

"Whoever performs the Isha prayer in congregation, then it is as if he has performed qiyamul lail for half the night, and whoever performs the Fajr prayer in congregation, then it is as if he has performed qiyamul lail for the whole night." (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi)

Will Not Meet Angels and Their Names Will Not Be Written in Their Records

Performing the obligatory prayers is a duty for every Muslim. Including the dawn prayer performed in the morning. Although it only has two rak'ahs, do not underestimate its uniqueness.

"Among you there are angels who take turns at night and day, they gather when performing the Dawn and Asr prayers, then the angels who stay at night ascend and their Lord asks them—even though He knows best about them—how do you leave My servants? They answer, 'We leave them in a state of prayer, and we also come to them in a state of prayer.'" (Narrated by Al-Bukhari)

Not Gaining Light and Illumination on the Day of Judgment

For Muslims, it is advisable to pay attention to the morning time so as not to wake up too late. Because there is an obligation that must be fulfilled, namely the dawn prayer. Because when this prayer is abandoned, one will not receive light and illumination on the Day of Judgment. As explained in the following hadith:

"Give glad tidings to those who walk in the darkness towards the mosques with perfect light on the Day of Judgment." (Narrated by Abu Daud)

Not Gaining Reward Equivalent to the World and Its Contents

One of the virtues of performing the dawn prayer is being able to obtain a reward equivalent to the world and its contents. And when this prayer is abandoned, it is a failure to be able to obtain it. This is also explained by the Prophet:

"Two rak'ahs of the dawn prayer are better than the world and its contents." (Narrated by Muslim)

Through the above hadith, the meaning of the dawn prayer is the two rak'ahs before dawn. If the reward obtained from the dawn prayer is that great, then imagine how great the reward is for performing the dawn prayer.

Loss of Goodness, Blessings, Rewards, and Virtue
