Clara Shinta was devastated when her beloved red car, whose roof could be opened, was forcefully taken by the leasing company. She had no idea that her car was used as collateral for a debt.

4. Car Purchased in Cash

Clara claimed that the car seized by the leasing company was purchased in cash using the money from her business.

"Alhamdulillah, I bought it in cash. I learned to empower myself first before pampering myself. When I was capable, I pampered myself by buying this car, not by pampering myself," Clara said.

5. Used as Collateral

Clara stated that without her knowledge, the Vehicle Ownership Book (BPKB) of her car was taken and used as collateral for a debt. The debt amount reached Rp200 million, and she claimed that the interest exceeded Rp300 million.

"Let me clarify, I didn't know that my BPKB was pawned by someone responsible. Suddenly, my car was seized by irresponsible people, so I didn't multiply something," Clara said.

6. Someone Else's Collateral

According to Clara, the car was used as a loan under the name of her ex-husband's friend's sister-in-law. She suspected that this was done to avoid detection by her.

7. Sad about Losing Her Beloved Car

Clara is saddened because the car taken by the debt collector is her beloved car, which she bought as a birthday gift for her son, Kino. She often used the car to drive her son around.

8. Filing a Report

Clara finally filed a report regarding her car case to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police. She reported the individuals involved in the case.

"I'm at the police station to file a report against everyone involved in this case, of course. And I can't disclose the details of what I'm handling, but I'm being assisted by the Jakarta Metropolitan Police," Clara said.
