This is the official residence of the regent, which is utilized by Chaca Frederica and Dico as a recreational park for the people of Kendal.

When introducing to the community, Chacha and Dico even paid their respects by opening the gate of their official residence. It appeared that the residents were already waiting with a quite large queue in front of the regent's official residence.

Chacha and her husband feel that their two-hectare official residence is too spacious if only used as a family dwelling.

Chacha created this amusement park because she was inspired by the Presidential Palace in Bogor, which is also open to the public.

There is a ride or photo spot called Dicosaurus, which is inspired by the name of Dico Ganinduto, the regent of Kendal.
