When he migrated to Jakarta, in order to support his family, he worked at a food stall, a thread storekeeper, and even a sales manager at a fitness place. This is the appearance of Nex Carlos' new house in the form of a cluster with a corner position. He feels happy to be able to get this position because next to his house there is an empty land. The house has a size of 6 x 12.5 meters.

Although small, the house has a minimalist, luxurious, and sophisticated interior. The entrance door alone uses fingerprint recognition. And here is a portrait of the elegant living room with panels on the walls.

The first floor carries the concept of one space. Where the kitchen and dining area are in one area. However, all the furniture is neatly arranged and does not feel cramped. The kitchen itself looks very simple.

On this first floor, there is a room that functions as a guest room. Although not very big, it is very comfortable with a large bed and equipped with a wardrobe.
