"If not extended, then the person concerned will be free from punishment or out of the law and we have the authority to extend the sentence for 60 days, where 20 days and 40 days are extended by the public prosecutor and can be extended again until the court if the investigation process is not yet completed,"

The detention period of Harvey Moeis will also continue to be extended until the trial period if the investigation process is not yet completed. Harvey has also not been transferred to the prison and is still in the Attorney General's detention center.
