Declared as Biological Father of Kekey, Rezky Aditya Ready to Take DNA Test

Dream - Rezky Aditya finally appeared in public after being declared as the biological father of Kekey, Wenny Ariani's daughter. Accompanied by his wife and legal counsel, Ana Sofa Yuking, he provided clarification.

According to him, the decision is irrelevant because it shows irregularities in the process of his client. Moreover, there is no evidence that Rezky is Kekey's biological father.

"We feel that such a decision is very dangerous for future legal references in Indonesia," she added.

Then, Ana Sofa mentioned the DNA test as accurate evidence that has never been carried out by the plaintiff. However, according to Ana, Rezky's side has never refused and is always ready to take the DNA test.

"Regarding the DNA test, our client Rezky Aditya has never refused to take the DNA test. In fact, our client Rezky Aditya openly and firmly stated in the statement on May 27, 2022, that our client has offered to take the DNA test," said Ana Sofa. 

"Since then until today, the plaintiff has never contacted us or our client for the DNA test," added Ana Sofa. 

Rezky emphasized that since May 27, 2022, he has never refused to take the DNA test for the sake of doubt and legal certainty regarding Wenny's child.

He also respects the cassation decision, which officially states him as Kekey's biological father.

"In this opportunity, I respect the recent cassation decision. And I reiterate that I have never refused to take the DNA test. As I have stated on May 27, 2022, I have expressed my willingness to take the DNA test for the sake of doubt and legal certainty," he said.

In addition, this 38-year-old man asks Wenny to contact his legal counsel if she wants to take the DNA test.

"Once again, I say if the plaintiff wants to take the DNA test, please contact my legal counsel, Ana Sofa Yuking, to discuss the technicalities and implementation," said Rezky.

Meanwhile, Citra Kirana admits that she cannot deny that this issue feels heavy. However, she remains patient and strong and fully supports her husband in taking the DNA test.

"I have been trying to be patient and strong in facing this issue, even though it feels heavy for me. And from this Supreme Court decision, insha Allah, nothing will change in my family. There is nothing else for me to worry about. In fact, I will support my husband in taking the DNA test to eliminate any doubts," said Citra Kirana.

With the rejection of the cassation, Rezky is considered the legal biological father of Kekey, Wenny Ariani's daughter.

Wenny also thanked the Supreme Court for officially recognizing Rezky as Kekey's biological father.

It is known that Rezky and Citra Kirana's marriage has been hit by unpleasant news because Wenny Ariani is still waiting for Rezky Aditya to show good intentions to undergo the DNA test. Two years after the decision from the Banten High Court, Wenny revealed that she has not seen any willingness from Citra Kirana's husband to undergo the process.

As far as Wenny knows, when the Banten High Court declared Kekey as Rezky's biological child, she heard a request from Rezky to undergo the DNA test.

Previously, the social media world was made chaotic by information stating that Rezky Aditya is not the biological father of Kekey, the child of Wenny Ariani. This contradicts the decision of the Banten High Court, which declared Citra Kirana's husband as Kekey's biological father.

Wenny stated that the decision from the court is final. Meanwhile, the information circulating on gossip accounts lately is a hoax.

"The decision from the Banten High Court is the final decision stating that RA is Kekey's biological father," she continued.

Wenny is still waiting for the cassation from Rezky Aditya's side, as the actor born on February 26, 1985 objected to the court's decision.

"So we are still waiting to see if RA will file a cassation or if the decision of the Banten High Court becomes a final decision," she said.
