Desta Mahendra Files for Divorce from Natasha Rizki, Does Not Demand Joint Assets and Child Custody

Dream - Never involved in any scandal, Desta Mahendra is filing for divorce from his wife, Natasha Rizki, in the South Jakarta Religious Court since May 11, 2023.

Regarding the cause of the divorce, Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, refused to disclose it. However, in this divorce suit, Desta does not demand child custody.

"The petitioner (Desta) requests permission to divorce the respondent (Natasha)," Taslimah told the media on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

In this divorce suit, Desta also includes the division of assets acquired during his marriage with Natasha Rizki.

"The petitioner is willing to provide the respondent with the consequences of the divorce," he said.

The first hearing is scheduled for May 29, 2023, with a mediation agenda.

"Reconciliation, if both parties are present, will be achieved through the mediation process in the initial hearing," he said.

According to Taslimah, Desta filed for divorce a few days ago through e-court.

"This lawsuit was filed on May 11, 2023, through e-court," she said.

Regarding the cause of the divorce, Taslimah did not explain it. She only said that Desta only wants to divorce Natasha Rizky.
