A few moments after undergoing the operation, Nanie's condition started to deteriorate. Nanie was immediately rushed to Dr. Suyoto Hospital. Then, the clinic contacted Nanie's husband to come to Dr. Suyoto Hospital. "At 15:40 on October 21, the clinic staff contacted Erica, who accompanied Nanie to the clinic for the operation, to ask for Nanie's husband's phone number because Nanie was in an unstable condition. Then Erika provided Nanie's husband's number. At 17:49, Nanie's husband received a call asking him to come to the hospital," said Hartono.

Hartono said, there is different information provided by the doctor at the clinic where his client underwent surgery and Dr. Suyoto Hospital. After Nanie passed away, the victim's family filed a report to the police. South Jakarta Police Chief Inspector Hendrikus Yossi stated that since receiving the report from the victim's family, the police immediately conducted an autopsy on Nanie's body.
