Dream - Singer Fanny Soegi shares the background of her family. Fanny Soegi admits that she is not the biological child of her parents because she was adopted from one of the hospitals.
"In 1999, when I was born, there were two babies abandoned, including me. Because my parents couldn't have children, they eventually adopted a child, and it turned out to be me," said Fanny Soegi quoted from YouTube Authenticity ID, Monday, May 13, 2024."
"Fanny Soegi admitted that she only found out she was adopted in 2018 when she was 19 years old."
"I first learned about that fact in 2018. That's why I said there is an internal family problem,"
words Fanny Soegi.
Fanny admitted to being shocked when she found out that she was not her biological parents' second daughter. She didn't deny feeling disappointed and angry because she was only told by her adoptive parents after she turned 19. Nevertheless, Fanny still accepted it and expressed gratitude to her adoptive parents.
"I'm actually angry, but anyway, my mother said giving birth, being pregnant is difficult, but the difficult part is raising a child. From there, I can't be angry. I should be grateful to my mother."

Fanny Soegi regrets that her mother did not tell her that she is not her biological child in 2018. Furthermore, at that time her family's finances declined since her father passed away. She even had to drop out of college due to lack of funds in the 4th semester.
"(angry) why didn't you tell me from the beginning that I'm not your child. Why did it have to be in 2018 when I had to drop out of college, on top of all these problems,"
