Tia said that Tari passed away after undergoing intensive treatment at one of the hospitals in Bandung, West Java.

According to Tia, Tari's body was buried at TPU Gunung Batu. She also asked for prayers from netizens so that Tari's body could be accepted by the Almighty Creator and all her mistakes forgiven.

Regarding the cause of death, it is reported that Tari suffered from a certain illness, but it is not known exactly what disease claimed her life.
Meanwhile, other AFI alumni came to Tari's funeral, one of them being Putu Sutha who captured that moment on his Instagram.
