Nikita Mirzani Becomes a Motivator in Detention

Dream - Nikita Mirzani seems to have accepted the reality of her detention at the Class IIB Serang Detention Center, Banten, for the defamation case against Dito Mahendra. Now, Nikita can mingle with other detainees.

"There is no pressure there, in fact, there are many friends. Especially the mothers, they are very close to Niki," said Nikita's lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid, in Jakarta, Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

According to Fahmi, Nikita has even become very close to her friends in the detention center. The mother of three enjoys laughing with her new friends in the detention center. "There, it has become a unity within the detention center," he said.

In addition, Niki also becomes a motivator in the detention center. She is not hesitant to give advice to her friends who are experiencing depression.

"Niki also advises some people who may be in a state of trauma or something, Niki tries to advise them," added Fahmi Bachmid.

Previously,  Nikita Mirzani wrote an open letter from inside the Class IIB Serang Detention Center, Banten. The handwritten letter was shown to the public by her lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid.

"I have one letter to show you, this is Niki's handwriting, feel free to take a photo and post it, it's not a problem. This is her handwriting, with Niki's own signature," said Fahmi Bachmid, quoted from Seleb Oncam News, Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

In the letter, the mother of three expressed her gratitude to her friend, Fitri Salhuteru, and all parties who have supported her.

"Dear Niki's friends, Fitri, and the legal team who continue to work for justice, and also the journalists who have not had a chance to speak in front of you," wrote Nikita Mirzani on a piece of handwritten paper.

"Here, I want to express my thanks to everyone who has supported me, even though yesterday I was told whether the time at the district attorney's office was just a seeker of justice like me, a single parent," she added.

Former wife of Sajad Ukra also asked to be prayed for by orphaned children who are close to her family so that she can get justice.

"Niki also asks to be prayed for by orphaned children who have been close to Niki's family to get true justice.

Meanwhile, Fahmi said that Nikita Mirzani is in good condition. Nikita even asked her friend Fitri to invite her fellow inmates to have a meal together.

"Inside, she is relaxed. She even asked for help through Kak Fitri to invite her fellow inmates to have a meal together. So earlier she asked for permission to order food to eat together, not to be collected but to be shared," he said.

Since being detained, Nikita Mirzani has suffered a great loss. This was conveyed by her manager.

Nikita Mirzani's manager, Dhea, said that her client has suffered a lot of losses since being detained at the Class IIB Serang Detention Center. The losses have occurred because many work contracts had to be canceled.

"Talking about the losses, don't even ask, I had to cancel off-air appearances, jobs. Tomorrow I had to go to Pontianak but it didn't happen. It's a big loss," said Nikita Mirzani's manager, Dhea, as quoted in the Hot Shot SCTV program.

Although she has suffered losses, Nikita is fortunate that she does not have to pay compensation for not fulfilling the contracts she had already signed.

"Our clients understand, they understand the situation, not too complicated," said Dhea.

Although she admits to experiencing significant losses, Dhea refused to disclose the amount of income her client did not receive due to the cancellations.

In addition to material losses, Dhea also expressed her disappointment because she has repeatedly been unable to meet with Nikita at the Serang Detention Center.

"I've been waiting and asking since yesterday. Yesterday I couldn't accompany her because she didn't ask to be accompanied. I regret it, I'm upset," she said.

Dhea initially hoped to meet Nikita once. However, the meeting has not yet taken place.

"It's quite sad, I'm sad." When I tried to enter earlier, I couldn't, so I just left the items there," she added.(Sah)

Previously, Dito Mahendra's lawyer, Yafet Rissy, appreciated the action of the Serang District Attorney's Office in detaining Nikita Mirzani. He is satisfied because the sensational artist has finally been imprisoned.

"The action of the Serang District Attorney's Office in detaining Nikita Mirzani is correct," said Yafet Rissy when contacted on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.

According to Yafet, the detention of Nikita Mirzani must be carried out to ensure the smooth running of the defamation case. "Because if she is not detained, Nikita might misbehave again," he said.

Moreover, he added, Nikita has skipped several times when summoned for questioning. He considers the suspect, who is charged under the ITE Law based on Dito Mahendra's report, to be uncooperative.

"Because we know Nikita's track record is uncooperative," he said.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani was detained at the Serang Detention Center for the next 20 days. Nikita's detention is related to her status as a suspect in the defamation case against Dito Mahendra.

Fitri Salhuteru, who has been accompanying Nikita, revealed the condition of her friend who has spent one night in the detention center. 

According to Fitri, Nikita's condition has started to improve, although she previously screamed hysterically because she did not accept all the treatment she received.

"Thank you to all my friends who have been praying for Nikita. Nikita is fine," said Fitri Salhuteru, Nikita's friend, quoted from her Instagram account.

Fitri also confirmed that Nikita had predicted that she would sooner or later be detained because of her case.

"Actually, Nikita already knew and could predict that this would happen to her," she said.

However, Fitri expressed her disappointment with the attitude of the Serang District Attorney's Office, which treated Nikita like a criminal.

"Once again, Nikita is being criminalized, but it's okay, Nikita will be strong and able to face the legal process she is facing," she added.(Sah)
