Not Eating Instant Noodles Since Autoimmune, Andrea Dian Forgets the Taste

Dream - Since suffering from autoimmune disease a few years ago, Andrea Dian can no longer consume instant noodles. It has been so long since she last ate them that Gandinra Bimo's wife has forgotten the taste.

"After (focusing on) workout, I still ate. But after knowing about autoimmune, I no longer eat instant noodles," said Andrea Dian in Jakarta, not long ago.

Although she can no longer eat instant noodles, Andrea Dian is not discouraged. Because there are other foods that she can still enjoy.

"I can eat meatballs, pizza. But I have to watch the portion," she said.

On the other hand, by maintaining a good diet and exercising regularly, Andrea has an ideal body as desired.

"Exercise is a mood booster, it can also be me time. So, if others have their own me time, mine is exercising," she added.

Previously, Dian also contracted Covid-19. Ganindra Bimo revealed a surprising fact when his wife, Andrea Dian, was confirmed to have been infected with the Covid-19 virus. He initially did not believe that close contacts of Covid-19 patients in Indonesia would be isolated, but Ganindra admitted that he experienced it.

What was more surprising, Ganindra said that his wife, who had recovered from Covid-19, still faced isolation from some people.

"Whether you believe it or not, there are some people who isolate the two of us. 'This is the positive patient, we might get infected too' even though she has recovered," he added.

This 32-year-old man recounted an incident when he was isolated in a restaurant where he was eating. At that time, the waiter whispered and pointed at him.

"It has been 18 days since I quarantined at home, so I could go out. There were people pointing at me. The restaurant was big, it was me and my friend at the time. Then the waiter pointed and said, 'That's the positive one, that's the positive one'," Bimo recalled.

There was even a waiter who threw the bill onto the table where he was eating. "They just threw the bill on the table," Bimo said.

However, Bimo did not get angry when faced with such treatment. He realized that it happened due to the ignorance and fear of those people towards former patients or families of positive corona cases.

"I can't get angry because I know they don't understand the concept of how to handle people whose family members are positive, whether I have completed a 14-day quarantine or not. So I also understand their fear, 'Yes, if I were in their position, I would be paranoid too,' so I just have to go through it," he said.
