Nunung Panics After Breast Cancer Surgery: Do I Still Have It, Nurse?

Dream - Nunung feels worried after undergoing breast cancer cell removal surgery. She is afraid of losing her breast after the surgery.

"So the first thing I asked was, 'Is my breast still there, nurse?' I was afraid to touch it. The nurse said, 'It's still there, Ma'am'," said Nunung in a video received by the media, Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Nunung felt relieved after receiving that answer and wanted to treat herself by asking for a coconut ice. However, the doctor did not allow it.

"Oh, it's not allowed yet," said Nunung.

Nevertheless, Nunung is grateful because her surgery went smoothly. However, she still has to undergo chemotherapy.

"Well, I'm happy, but the journey is still long, I still have to do chemo again, don't know how many times," said Nunung Srimulat.

Nunung's Condition After Breast Cancer Surgery

Dream - Nunung revealed that her condition has improved after undergoing breast cancer removal surgery since early 2023.

"Alhamdulillah, my condition has improved a bit," said Nunung Srimulat in a video sent to the media, Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Nunung admitted feeling nervous before the surgery. She was afraid that the surgery would not go smoothly. "But well, from the beginning, I have surrendered, I have accepted it," said Nunung Srimulat.

Nunung hopes that her condition will recover quickly, so she can go home and resume her activities as usual. "Hopefully, I can get better soon, go home faster, and be able to do activities again," said Nunung.

Nunung's Ordeal of Undergoing Chemotherapy to Cure Breast Cancer: All Bones Hurt, Like Detaching from the Flesh

Dream - Nunung Srimulat admitted that her condition is much better after undergoing several rounds of chemotherapy to treat her breast cancer.

"Well, alhamdulillah, I was supposed to have six rounds of chemo, but after three rounds, they wanted to remove it immediately," said Nunung Srimulat in South Jakarta, Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Nunung admitted feeling pain during the chemotherapy process. She felt tortured because her bones hurt.

"When my bones were hit, it felt like they were about to detach from the flesh, from their place," said Nunung.

According to Nunung, recovering from her illness requires a tough struggle, including relieving the pain after chemotherapy.

"During chemo, they didn't give me any medicine at all. So when my bones hurt after chemo, the doctor prescribed me something. But it didn't work at all," said Nunung.

Fortunately, in such painful conditions, Nunung's work schedule is busy. So she can divert her attention and forget about the pain a little.

"I'm happy with work, even though when I arrive home, the pain comes back. But because I'm tired, sleepy, I enjoy it," she said.

With her condition improving, Nunung plans to undergo breast cancer removal surgery next week.
