Dream - After going through a quite lengthy divorce trial, Ari Wibowo and Inge Nugraha officially divorced at the South Jakarta District Court. The panel of judges granted the divorce lawsuit filed by Ari Wibowo and awarded custody of the child to Ari Wibowo.
There are several points emphasized by the judge in the verdict. "Declares the marriage between the plaintiff and the defendant, which took place on July 7, 2006, at the International English Service Church in Jakarta and recorded by the Population and Civil Registration Office of DKI Jakarta Province, as stated in the Marriage Act Quote No. 448/JS/2006, dated July 7, 2006, is dissolved due to divorce," reads the verdict as stated in the written release of the South Jakarta District Court.
Besides granting the divorce claim, Ari Wibowo also obtained custody rights for his children. "The children are being taken care of by the plaintiff," states the next point in the verdict.

"Although custody of the child falls into the hands of Ari Wibowo, the panel of judges requests that Inge Nugraha still be able to meet her children."
"The plaintiff still grants the same rights to the defendant as their mother to be able to meet and take them out anytime, as long as it does not disrupt the school activities of both children."

It is known that during the divorce trial process, the relationship between Ari Wibowo and Inge Nugraha was not good. Both of them exposed each other's secrets. In fact, Ari Wibowo accused his wife of having an affair. However, until now, they have not openly revealed the cause of their divorce.
