The girl in the photo is Cita Citata. She was born in Bandung on August 14, 1994.

Cita Citata comes from a humble family with a father named Herdi Suwito and a mother named Otih Juariah.

Her Career

Cita Citata started her music career at a young age when she was in the 4th grade of elementary school. Before being known as a dangdut singer, Cita sang pop music. However, in mid-2014, she released her first dangdut single which immediately became a hit.

Her success brought her to the peak of popularity and earned her nominations and awards, including the SCTV Award for the song 'Sakitnya Tuh Disini' in 2014 and the SCTV Music Awards 2017 for the Most Popular Dangdut Singer, the most popular dangdut song in the Indonesian Dangdut Award 2015 with the song 'Goyang Dumang'.

Aside from singing, Cita also appeared in TV movies and soap operas such as 'Diam-Diam Suka' (2014) and 'Tiara Cinta' (2021), as well as several others thanks to her popularity in the music industry.

After one divorce and several failed marriages, Cita Citata finally found her soulmate, Didi Soekarno.

This couple has been married since September 2022, and their wedding was held privately. They finally revealed this happy news in early 2023.

Changing Her Name

After marrying Didi Mahardika, Cita Citata decided to change her name back to her original name, Cita Rahayu. She also changed her username on Instagram.

"Now it's time for Cita Citata to rest peacefully with the moments and experiences of the maturation process she has been through. Welcome back to the old me, the real 'Cita Rahayu'," she said.

Choosing to Step Back from Dangdut

Known as a dangdut singer, in late 2022 Cita Citata made a surprising announcement that she decided to step back and no longer accept gig jobs.

"Life is a choice. Once you choose something, there is a big consideration behind it, which is principles. When we choose something, there are risks that we have to face. Ups and downs are always there," said Cita Citata.
