Dream - Inara Rusli's lawyer, Mulkan Let-Let, explained her client's request for Virgoun to keep a distance of 10 kilometers from her home after their divorce. According to him, Inara wants Virgoun to keep a distance from their children.

Dream - Inara Rusli has filed for divorce from Virgoun at the West Jakarta Religious Court. In her lawsuit, Inara has made several demands, including child support and hadhanah or expenses for raising their children.

According to Inara's lawyer, Arjana Bagaskara, his client demands that Virgoun pay a monthly child support of Rp50 million. The hadhanah must be provided until each of their children reaches the age of 21.

"The judgment is that Virgoun shall pay hadhanah in the amount of Rp50 million each month in cash until they reach the age of 21," said Arjana Bagaskara, as quoted from the program Cumi Cumi.

Inara also demands that Virgoun provide child support for their three children. The child support must be provided until each child reaches adulthood.

"Furthermore, the judgment is that Virgoun shall pay child support in the amount of Rp60 million per month until each child reaches the age of 21 in cash after the divorce verdict, even if there is an appeal process," added Arjuna.

Is that all? There's more. Inara also demands that Virgoun provide mut'ah support in the amount of Rp10 billion in cash.

Mut'ah support, or consolation, is a provision from the former husband to the former wife who has been divorced, either in the form of money or other assets.

Inara is determined to fight for the custody of her children. However, she is still open to reconciling with Virgoun.

"I have to fight for the custody of my children, but if the other party wants to reconcile, I am open to it," said Inara Rusli.

In addition to child support, Inara also requests that Virgoun stay at least 10 kilometers away from her home.

"That's why we not only filed for divorce but also requested a provisional decision from the panel of judges for Virgoun to stay at least 10 km away from Inara and her children's residence," said Arjuna.
