The front of this house appears to have a fairly spacious yard. Upon entering the terrace, three stairs are welcomed. In front of the terrace, it is seen that it is enclosed by iron between posts at waist height.

This modern Betawi-style house has a simple design and appearance. Throughout the building, it is only painted white, while the doors and frames are painted in a dark brown color.

The living room is not very wide and has a elongated design. There is only a set of black vintage-designed sofas. On one of the walls, there is a section with brick accents.

The middle room consists only of three sofas and one small cabinet. Azhiera Adzka admitted that this room is left empty because it is part of the Betawi house concept that allows for more spacious rooms. "But there's nothing, Kak. It's just for show. Because Betawi people love spacious rooms," said Azhiera Adzka.

"In one corner of the living room, there is a small cabinet which contains the trophies of his children. The cabinet is equipped with a medium-sized mirror and a photo of Azhiera Adzka's three daughters."

Entering the core space, it can be seen that the room has a wide size without partitions. In that room, it is commonly used for playing with children. This room also appears to be integrated with the dining room.

The simple impression is still visible in one of the rooms in Azhiera Adzka's house. Still dominated by white color, there is only one medium-sized bed and two wardrobes in the room.
