Dream- Clarissa Putri shares a story about her efforts to lose weight. She reveals that there are three important things that need to be done when someone decides to lose weight through dieting, namely intention, effort, and consistency.
"Actually, there are three main things. Three. Intention, effort, consistency," said Clarissa when met at the Exclusive Media Gathering event for Rexona Vitamin+Bright in South Jakarta area, Friday, March 22, 2024."

Clarissa said that all three of these things must be done continuously in order for the diet effort to succeed. "If these three things are not done continuously, it won't succeed," said Clarissa Putri.
Now, after successfully losing weight, Clarissa still has to maintain her eating habits. When the desire to eat or snack arises, the owner of the Instagram account @clarissaputri_ will still eat but knows her limits.
"If now, if you want to snack or something, just taste it. But still know the limit."

Although she has successfully dieted, Clarissa's daughter admits that she still needs to lose a lot of weight. As for the changes in her skin after the diet, she hasn't thought about it yet because her main focus right now is still on losing weight to achieve her ideal shape.
