Unveiled the Cause of Roro Fitria's Divorce Lawsuit, There is Another Ideal Woman

Dream - The cause of the breakdown of Roro Fitria and Andre Irawan's marriage has been revealed. One of the triggers is the presence of another ideal woman. 

"Even when we were still dating, he was doing it (cheating), but Nyai (Roro) forgave him, and because Nyai forgave and forgave, the wedding reception took place, and if we talk about it, it's all unethical," said Roro Fitria in Central Jakarta, Friday, September 16, 2022.

Roro thought that her husband would change after getting married and having a child, but her hope was not fulfilled. According to her, her husband had relationships with other women, more than one.

"It's not just one act of betrayal, there may be indications of more than one woman, Nyai cannot accept that. Nyai's principle in a marital relationship is loyalty, because Nyai does not believe in polygamy," she added.

Roro said that Andre Irwan's problems with his previous wives were the same, there was always another woman in the marriage they had.

"Why doesn't Mas Andre want to learn from past mistakes? He has been married and divorced four times, which is quite strange. Nyai's reasons are more or less the same as his previous wives, why hasn't he tried to become a better person year after year?" she said.

Roro Fitria's attorney, Asgar Sjarfi, revealed the presence of domestic violence (KDRT) in the house. Asgar said that the KDRT referred to is not physical violence but verbal violence.

"There is verbal violence, I can't explain it (in detail)," said Asgar in Jakarta, Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Asgar insisted that he couldn't explain the details of the verbal violence that triggered Roro to file for divorce from Andre because it is already part of the trial material.

"That is in the trial material that we will go through. It is confidential," he said.

Separately, Andre, who had previously expressed confusion about the reasons for Roro's divorce lawsuit, denied allegations of domestic violence against his wife.

"I'm sorry, I have been single, from the past until now, I have never committed domestic violence against women," Andre said.

Andre Irawan expressed confusion about his wife Roro Fitria's decision to file for divorce. With communication cut off, Andre does not know the reason for Roro's divorce lawsuit, who has just given birth to their first child.

"Regarding the lawsuit, I myself don't know how far it will go," said Andre Irawan, quoted from the Intens Investigasi YouTube channel.

Andre admitted that they had argued after Roro gave birth. However, he does not know the exact reason why Roro filed for divorce until now.

In addition, Andre also cannot find out the reason for the divorce lawsuit because he has not been able to meet Roro Fitria for several weeks after giving birth.  

"So there hasn't been any communication," he added.

Andre added that he and Roro no longer live together. With communication closed, Andre, who always comes to Roro Fitria's house and apartment, said that he knows the whereabouts of his wife but cannot meet her.

"Almost every day I go home to check on Nyai (Roro)," he said.

It is known that Roro Fitria filed for divorce from her husband, Andre Irawan, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

Roro registered her divorce online, represented by her legal counsel.

"It has been registered through e-court, newly registered today, through e-court, on the 14th," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, September 14, 2023.

Rumors have circulated that the reason Roro filed for divorce from her husband is domestic violence, but Taslimah did not openly disclose it. However, it is certain that there are problems in their marriage.

"I cannot provide information about the reasons because it has just been registered and is in the process," she added.

As for the content of the lawsuit, Roro only requests a divorce and custody of the child to be granted to her.

"The request is for the divorce lawsuit to be granted, and there are legal consequences as a result of the divorce, and also a request to determine that the child is under the custody of the plaintiff and for the plaintiff's living expenses," she said.

After giving birth, Roro Fitria and Andri Irwan's marriage was hit by unpleasant rumors. They were reportedly having a big fight and no longer living together.

Regarding the truth of the rumors, Roro spoke up. She admitted that they still live in the same house, but the Yogyakarta-born artist did not deny that their marriage is facing problems.

"We are not separated, we still communicate. Maybe there is a cooling down period first so that we can think and evaluate," said Roro Fitria, quoted from the Trans7 Lifestyle YouTube channel.

There is a rumor that the problem they are facing is due to Domestic Violence (KDRT), but Roro Fitria refused to openly discuss it.

"No comment, if anyone sees it, it will only lead to speculation. I want everything to be good," Roro added.

Roro said that until now, her communication with her husband regarding the development of their child is very good. However, for other matters, they have not found a clear solution.
