Dream - Anger is basically normal experienced by every human being. Especially when faced with a condition that makes them feel uncomfortable. So, that's when the emotion begins to emerge. So, it is not wrong for someone to express their emotions when they are angry. However, Islam teaches its followers to be able to manage their emotions well. Because when anger has enveloped oneself and closed the heart and mind, it can harm oneself and others.

Through these verses, it has provided guidance on how to manage anger in a beneficial way for individuals and society as a whole. In the Quran, the verses that command Muslims to restrain their anger are found in Surah Ali-Imran, verses 133-134: "And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous, who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship."

"Both in leisure and in tight circumstances, and those who restrain their anger and forgive others. Allah loves those who do good deeds. "Furthermore, in the hadith of the Prophet, there are also many explanations about the prohibition of anger. One of them is in a hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): "From Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man said to the Prophet (peace be upon him), 'Give me advice.' The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Do not easily get angry.'"

Then the request was repeated several times. He said, 'Do not be easily angered.' (HR. Bukhari) Understanding Islam's perspective on anger can help believers control their emotions and behave according to the teachings of their religion.

He conveyed various hadiths that provide guidance on how to maintain emotional stability and control anger. One of them is a hadith that states that the person who can control their anger is the strong one, not the one who conquers their opponent with physical strength. Concrete actions that can be taken in dealing with anger are to be patient and self-control. The Prophet Muhammad taught that patience is the key to controlling emotions.

Taking a deep breath, praying, and diverting attention to calming things are also recommended actions in facing anger. Maintaining emotional stability according to Islamic teachings also includes avoiding conversations that can trigger negative emotions, being gentle and friendly, and not retaliating when angry. The Prophet Muhammad also taught to forgive those who have hurt or made angry.

And remembering the afterlife and rewards for those who are able to control their anger. By following the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and emulating his patient attitude, Muslims can learn to control their emotions and anger according to religious guidance.

When someone is angry, we can calm their emotions by acting calmly, listening attentively, and expressing our opinions gently. We can also apologize, even if we may not be at fault, but this can help calm the angry person's emotions. When the situation has become calmer, we can invite a discussion to resolve the problem with a good heart. Prayer can also help calm someone's anger.

لَاَاَلَهَََالَلَهََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََََُ

There is no god but You, Your protection is very strong and Your protection is very high. "The right steps to recite prayers and deal with angry people are to start by reciting prayers in the heart, then speak calmly and gently to the angry person. Then, listen patiently and try to resolve the problem with a good approach."

All of these steps can help maintain a calm atmosphere from escalating. By doing so, we can help alleviate the anger of individuals based on the teachings of Islam. By practicing patience, actively listening, and reciting prayers, we can assist in calming someone's anger according to the teachings of Islam.
