Yudi also remembers the times of undergoing a trial to defend Jessica in 2016. The trial at that time really drained the energy. "During that time, the trial went from morning until 02:00 in the morning. I didn't have time to eat," he said.

The case of Jessica made Yudi not return for months. Jessica was indeed tried from June to October 2016. During that time, Yudi and his team had to gather evidence and prepare arguments to defend Jessica from the accusation of killing Mirna.

He even mentioned that the police were already embarrassed because they had exaggerated the Mirna Salihin death case, so Jessica had to become the accused. "The police are already ashamed, they have blown up the case. Until now, there is some kind of karma law. The police, whose careers are stagnant, all sorts of things," he said.

At the end of the interview, Yudi Wibowo highlighted the issue of justice in Indonesia. "In Indonesia, no money no justice," said Yudi.

Jessica is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for the case of Wayan Mirna Salihin's death. She has been proven guilty of killing Mirna with cyanide poison at Kafe Olivier, Grand Indonesia, on January 6, 2016.

However, Mirna experienced seizures shortly after sipping the Vietnamese coffee ice ordered by Jessica. She was then taken to the hospital, but her life could not be saved. She is believed to have died from cyanide poisoning, which is suspected to have been mixed with the coffee ice.
