Dream - Jealousy is a feeling of dissatisfaction and lack of trust towards others. This feeling is usually directed towards a partner when one of them is close to someone else. They feel that their partner belongs to them, so they are not willing if they are close to someone of the opposite sex. Although some may say that jealousy is a sign of love, if it is done excessively, it is not good for oneself or the relationship.

That is, to choose herself or one of the female slaves given by a nobleman. One of the wives of the Prophet Muhammad, Aisha, felt jealous about this choice and expressed her disappointment to Prophet Muhammad. This verse depicts that the wives of Prophet Muhammad are ordinary humans who also have feelings of jealousy. In the context of this verse, the virtue of repentance becomes very important.

We can learn from the attitude of the wives of the Prophet Muhammad who felt jealous and expressed their disappointment to their husband. Even though Prophet Muhammad was a perfect messenger, he still chose to repent to Allah for any mistakes he may have made towards his wives. Repentance is an action that can bring us closer to Allah and eliminate the sins that have been committed.

By doing so, we can understand that the virtue of repentance is very important in living life, both in marriage and in our relationship with Allah. The attitude of the Prophet's wife and the virtue of repentance in the context of this verse become valuable lessons for Muslims in their daily lives.

"Allah then revealed the Surah At-Tahrim to remind them of their jealous behavior and instruct them to repent. The story goes that when Prophet Muhammad visited Zainab's house and drank honey, Aisha and Hafsa felt jealous and advised the Prophet not to drink it anymore. However, Allah reprimanded them through the Surah At-Tahrim, stating that He hears the conversation of both of you."

"Indeed, Allah has heard the conversation of the women who were speaking to you (Muhammad) about Zainab, and they were having a discussion behind closed doors. So, bear witness that they have committed a sin." (Quran, At-Tahrim: 1). From this story, we learn the importance of sincere repentance and avoiding jealousy. It also reminds us that Allah knows everything that happens, and we must be careful with our actions and words."

"Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and his wives set an example of how to overcome feelings of jealousy with patience, honesty, and good communication. Guidance from the Islamic religion emphasizes the importance of understanding and controlling emotions, as well as using jealousy as motivation to improve the relationship with one's partner. One example of the Prophet's wives facing feelings of jealousy is between Aisha and Saudah."

When Aisyah felt jealous of the kindness of the Prophet towards Saudah, he patiently explained and provided justice to both of them. This shows the importance of communication and honesty in overcoming feelings of jealousy. In Surah At-Tahrim, Allah also gives an example of Muslim women who face feelings of jealousy in their relationships. They are guided to trust in Allah, pray, and improve their relationship with their husbands with patience and wisdom.

By following the example of the wives of the Prophet Muhammad and Muslim women in the Quran, we can learn how to manage feelings of jealousy in relationships according to Islamic teachings to create happiness and blessings.
