'Sat Set' Method to Fix Messy Eyeliner with Scotch Tape

Dream - Even though you are used to wearing eyeliner, many people still apply it untidily.

As a result, you have to remove all the makeup around the eyeliner in order to correct the application mistakes.

When the wing eyeliner is messy and appears too thick, she takes a piece of scotch tape to stick it on the outer corner of the eye.
