Dream - Cleaning the face is not always enough by using facial wash. Sometimes, Sahabat Dream needs to do double cleansing with micellar water, cleansing balm, or cleansing oil.
"Nevertheless, double cleansing does not have to be done every day. There are several conditions where Sahabat Dream only needs to use facial wash to clean the face thoroughly. The obligation to do double cleansing is also revealed by Dermatologist, Listya Paramita, through her Instagram."
"When Should You Do Double Cleansing?"
"It is necessary to double cleanse if you have heavy makeup on, if you use waterproof or water-resistant sport sunscreen, or if you have been engaged in outdoor activities exposed to dust, pollution, and intense sunlight," said Dr. Mita."
Without double cleansing, makeup residue, dust, and dirt will still stick to the face even after using facial wash. Makeup residue and dirt on the face can cause skin problems such as acne and irritation.
"When can Double Cleansing be skipped?"
"Double cleansing is not necessary to be done if Sahabat Dream does not use makeup and is currently using water-based sunscreen. Moreover, if you spend more time indoors. 'So, whether it is necessary or not (to use sunscreen) depends on the needs and condition of each individual's skin,' said Dr. Mita."
The correct way to Double Cleansing
