This happens when you want to moisturize and prevent cracked skin on the feet. Here are some simple ways to take care of your feet at home to keep them moisturized and healthy in the summer season.
Tips 1: Soaking Feet Regularly
One of the easiest ways to take care of your feet is by soaking them in a mixture of warm water and salt. Dream friends can also mix in calming essential oils to help you relax more.
According to Dermatologist Marisa Garshick, salt can help remove dead skin cells. Meanwhile, essential oil can moisturize and improve the texture of the skin on the feet. However, Sahabat Dream only needs to soak their feet for 20 minutes before rinsing to prevent the skin from becoming drier and wrinkled.
Tips 2: Trimming Nails
After soaking your feet, clean off dead skin cells on hardened feet using a foot file. Gently file the skin on your feet until the dead skin cells are lifted.
Tips 3: Use Scrub
Apart from a foot file, Dream Friends can use a scrub after soaking their feet to remove dead skin cells. Apply the scrub while gently massaging the heels and soles of the feet. After finishing, rinse and use moisturizer to prevent dryness or irritation on the feet.
Tips 4: Use Moisturizer
This is a basic care for all types of skin to keep it moisturized. Adjust the moisturizer type according to your skin condition. Use a moisturizer that contains ceramide and hyaluronic acid to provide extra moisture to the skin on your feet.

Tips 6: Take Care of Your Toenails
