"Although Dream Friends can search for MUA price ranges on social media or the internet, there are still many people who offer their services at very low prices, as experienced by the owner of the TikTok account @juliemochie. The account owner shared an experience when a potential client negotiated for a makeup price that was considered simple."
"Initially, the prospective client inquired about the price of the MUA services. The account owner, who works as an MUA, revealed that the price of her services is set at RM150 or around more than Rp500 thousand."
The prospective client asked about the price of the makeup that was considered simple like in the picture. She also negotiated the MUA's price. "Can it be RM60? Just simple," asked the prospective client.
The MUA politely declined. "Hmmmm sorry sis 60 can't do it like this .. this is not simple sis," replied the MUA. The prospective client was still trying to negotiate the MUA's service price to fit her budget.
"I don't want to wear lenses, I don't want to wear false eyelashes, I don't like it, just makeup only." Unfortunately, the MUA still couldn't fulfill her request.
"Finally, the prospective client gave up and chose another MUA. Of course, this made many netizens upset. The MUA responded casually."
Makeup artist experiences receiving comments from netizens who are surprised by the requests of potential clients. Moreover, the makeup created is not 'simple'. \
