Use Tissue
"If you want to ensure the application of dark eyeshadow is truly neat, use a tissue near the outer corner as shown in the picture. Then, blend the dark eyeshadow using a brush with circular motions."
Start from the outer corner to the inner part of the eye and focus the application on the lower eyelid first. Gently blend it towards the eye crease, but be careful not to touch the line to keep the eye makeup neat.
Use Brighter Colors
"After that, take a similar but brighter color and blend it near the inner corner. Make sure the color gradient is perfectly neat when blending both colors."
This time, blend the color up to the crease of the eyelid, but make sure the line at the crease is not sharp. Also, blend the same color onto the area below the eyes to create a smokey effect. Dream friends can apply the same color using an angled brush if they want a thinner application.
Use Glitter
Apply eyelash glue to the eyelid and smooth it out using your finger. Then, take a sufficient amount of glitter and pat it on using your finger or a brush. Use Eyeliner
