Often Called Forever Young, Wulan Guritno Reveals Her Secrets

Dream - Wulan Guritno often receives praise from netizens for looking forever young, beautiful, and having body goals even though she is already 41 years old.

"Many people say that I look forever young but it's not as easy as it seems to achieve that," said Wulan Guritno at the Erha Ultimate Anti Aging event in Jakarta on Thursday, July 7, 2022.

Like most women, Wulan Guritno also regularly takes care of her beauty. In addition, she also exercises.

"I use the right skincare, exercise regularly, and watch what I eat," she added.

Wulan Guritno admitted that she regularly exercises to achieve her body goals. She exercises at least 5 times a week and reduces consumption of fast food.

"My healthy lifestyle includes regular exercise, at least four to five times a week. I no longer eat sugar, I watch what I eat. If I eat junk food, maybe once every two weeks or once a month," she added.

Meanwhile, for facial treatments, Wulan often goes to beauty clinics. The main problems with her skin are easy acne and increasing wrinkles.

"Taking care of facial skin is not complete without proper skincare and treatments," added Wulan.

Due to her healthy lifestyle and regular skincare routine, Wulan was chosen as the Brand Ambassador for Erha Ultimate Anti Aging. The beauty brand is currently promoting Ageless, Limitless, which Wulan says suits her well.

"Honestly, I don't accept anything without careful consideration, whether it aligns with the principles I follow.
