You can mix a dark foundation color with a light-colored concealer. Then, mix them evenly. If it's still not bright enough, add more concealer until you get the desired color. After that, take the color and apply it using a sponge all over the face.

If you want a more practical method, you can apply dark foundation color under the cheekbones, the outer side of the face, and around the jawline. Then, apply concealer to the rest of the face.

Make sure the ratio of concealer to foundation is about 2:1 to make the color brighter. After applying both, start blending with a sponge until the color blends with the skin. Good luck trying it out!
