Dream - A buyer of the iPhone 15 Pro from Indonesia recently complained that the Apple-made device was already broken just three days after purchase. In a post on the TikTok account @welsoneutron, the buyer stated that the damaged part was the LCD. "Only 3 days of use and the screen is already like this," wrote the TikTok account @welsoneutron, quoted on Tuesday, December 20, 2023.

"He explained that the new HP (phone) was not overlapped or affected by any other object. However, the screen became blank black. "I swear. Just bought the 15 Pro Max 3 days ago, when I woke up in the morning and opened the phone, suddenly the screen turned blank, even though the phone was on the table. It wasn't overlapped or anything," he said in the comment section."

"When I came to Ibox, they only offered to replace the LCD. I couldn't return/replacement the unit," he said. "When I bought it, the salesperson said: if there is any damage, it can be replaced with a new one. As long as it is still under warranty, if the Ibox warranty is still valid," he continued.

"For a price of 20+ for a mobile phone, it's worth it to get a phone that has been serviced before. You never know if it's a defective product or not. Why buy a new phone if you just replaced the LCD after 3 days," he said. Meanwhile, to confirm this news, Dream has contacted Erafone. However, Erafone has not been able to provide a statement yet."

PT Erafone Swasembada Tbk, in its written statement to Dream on Friday, December 29, 2023, stated that the issues and complaints from iPhone 15 Pro users, as conveyed by Welson, have been resolved satisfactorily. Welson, as the owner of the device, has also received the offered solution from the management.
