BSI President Director Hery Gunardi said that the BSI Umrah Travel Fair event is concrete evidence of the company's seriousness in providing the best service for customers, in an effort to continuously promote the strengthening of the hajj and umrah ecosystem business.

This number accounts for over 81% of Indonesian hajj pilgrims. As for the umrah service, more than 892,000 pilgrims from various travel companies utilized BSI's financial services in 2022. This number represents approximately 89% of the total national umrah pilgrims for that year. As for umrah pilgrims, they use the SISKOPATUH (Integrated Umrah and Special Hajj Management Computerized System) via BSI.

The community can obtain benefits in the form of special event prices from tours & travels, with discounts of up to Rp3,000,000,- if prospective pilgrims use Debit VISA BSI. There is also a 0% installment for up to 36 months with BSI Hasanah Card. "For customers or the public who do not have a BSI account or BSI Hasanah Card product, they can open one directly at the BSI booth that we have provided," he said.

In the BSI Umrah Travel Fair, in addition to the sale of special umrah and hajj packages, BSI also presents online gold services, as well as hajj & umrah concierge. These services are exclusive to BSI Prioritas customers, starting from spiritual consultation services that assist customers in matters related to the procedures and implementation of hajj and umrah worship, to financial solution services through various investment products in the form of rupiah and dollars.
