Celebrating National Children's Day with Le Minerale, the Chosen Mineral Water for Indonesian Children

Dream - To enliven National Children's Day (HAN) which falls on August 23 every year, Le Minerale invited 1,500 children from various schools in Solo to participate in the Senam and Pentas Ceria Anak Indonesia (Cheerful Gymnastics and Performances for Indonesian Children).

The event, which took place on Sunday, July 29, 2023, at Solo Safari, was also attended by the Head of the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Agency (DP3AP2KB) of Solo City, Purwanti.

"There were 1,500 children present from kindergartens, primary schools, private schools, and junior high schools. Students were selected by the Department of Education," said Purwanti in a written statement on Friday, August 4, 2023.

In addition to Purwanti, Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming's family was also present, including his wife, Selvi Ananda, and their two children, Jan Ethes Srinarendra and La Lembah Manah.

Solo was chosen as the city for the Senam dan Pentas Ceria Anak Indonesia (Cheerful Gymnastics and Performances for Indonesian Children) because it has maintained the main category KLA (Child-Friendly City) status for 2023, awarded by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPPA).

Previously, Solo City has received the main KLA award for six consecutive years since 2016 for successfully fulfilling children's rights and involving children in development programs.

Karel Anderson, the Chairman of the Senam dan Pentas Ceria Anak Indonesia event, said that this event in Solo is a reminder for everyone to participate in creating a healthy and successful future generation.
