PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB Niaga) is the second largest national private bank in Indonesia. In early 2023, CIMB Niaga Bank is once again offering job opportunities for fresh graduates through the The Complete Banker Programme (TCB) and Development Programme (DP). Through both programs, CIMB Niaga Bank targets graduates with Bachelor's (S1) and Master's (S2) degrees from various fields, especially those who are interested in learning and starting their professional careers in the banking industry.

As information, TCB is a management trainee program, where participants will be given comprehensive knowledge about banking. This is intended to make them capable of becoming future leaders in the banking world. Not only that, participants who participate in this program will also receive complete training for 2 years, especially related to the banking industry, digital and data, CIMB Niaga products and services, and the latest developments in the financial industry. Soft skills training and leadership will also be prepared as a provision for these prospective professional bankers.

Meanwhile, DP is a program for fresh graduates who have specific interests and skills, especially in the fields of sales and marketing (relationship manager), technology, and even human resources. This program itself will be held for approximately 1 year.

During this period, participants who participate will be given training and direct experience to work as relationship managers, IT professionals, or HR professionals. They will also be taught how to provide the best service that is in accordance with the needs of customers.

It should be noted that both programs have been carefully designed with the concept of 3Es, namely Education, Exposure, and Experience. So, participants who have graduated are expected to be ready to become excellent and qualified human resources.

Know the Requirements that Need to be Fulfilled

The requirements to participate in The Complete Banker Programme (TCB) are as follows:

• Fresh graduate with a minimum of S1 education, excelling in academic/non-academic fields

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 or equivalent

• Agile, versatile, and dynamic towards differences in ideas

• Ability to develop self-potential and think without the box

• Have good communication skills and leadership qualities

• Proficient in English, both orally and in writing

Meanwhile, the requirements to participate in Development Programme (DP) are as follows:

• Fresh graduate with a minimum of S1 education or maximum 1 year of work experience

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent

• Have good communication skills

• Have good English language skills

• Have high integrity and curiosity
