"Dream - Muslim Fashion Festival (MUFFEST+) 2024 will be opened on August 8, 2024. Not only showcasing works from the proud designers of the homeland, this ninth MUFFEST also supports local designers to reach the international market with the theme ‘Flying to The Global Market’. A total of 175 brands involving more than 150 designers are participating in this MUFFEST+. Many brands are also involved in this event by participating in the exhibition and opening booths."

Lenny Agustin, National Chair of Indonesia Fashion Chamber (IFC) said during the opening of MUFFEST+ at Istora Senayan, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 8, 2024.
"Lenny is optimistic that local modest fashion designers can compete on the international stage. Moreover, some local brands have already showcased their work at international fashion events."

"Local Modest Fashion Has Been Recognized Internationally"
"Lenny is also optimistic that local modest fashion can be recognized internationally because the modest fashion trend in Indonesia itself is already quite famous in several countries. “In Turkey, there is already a style known as ‘Jakarta style’ for muslimwear. So, Indonesia has actually become an inspiration for modest fashion in the world. Because our modest fashion is very bold in mixing colors, whereas other countries tend to be more monotonous. So, Indonesia's contemporary style can be suitable for other countries,” said Lenny."
The translation of "Menyasar Gen Z" to English is "Targeting Gen Z".
"One of the strategies to introduce local modest fashion to a wider market, Lenny is targeting Gen Z at this year's MUFFEST+. She is also highlighting a sustainable theme for the works produced during this event and collaborating with HIVI and Voice of Baceprot (VOB) to make it more appealing to Gen Z."
