Mario Dandy: Everything Outside My Shadow

Dream - Mario Dandy regrets having assaulted David Ozora. He admitted that he did not expect his actions to leave David Ozora in a coma.

"I regret why I had to do that, why I didn't think before I did it," said Mario Dandy in the trial at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

"I didn't expect to do such a great act, I mean extraordinarily beyond my imagination," he continued.

Asking Rafael to Go to the Hospital After the Incident

Mario admitted that he had called his father, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, to come to the hospital where David was being treated. He regretted that David is now in a bad condition.

"Not only that, from the beginning I asked my father for help, to come to the hospital and take care of David. So it's not just about the expenses, I asked for someone to go there," said Mario Dandy.

"Please, this child is going to be taken to this hospital, what's happening there, I'm about to be arrested by the police, like that," he added.

Reprimanded by the Judge Regarding Attitude

During the trial, Mario was reprimanded by the judge when answering the prosecutor's questions. At that time, he appeared to be holding one hand to his right neck while looking at the prosecutor.

"Maintain your attitude, please," said Judge Alimin.

"Yes, Your Honor," Mario replied.

"Sit properly," the prosecutor said.

Asked about Rubicon, Mario Gives Elusive Answer

When asked by the panel of judges about the ownership of the Rubicon B-120-DEN car, Mario said that the Rubicon was borrowed from his uncle. However, Mario's answer sounded elusive and difficult to understand.

Mario admitted that he borrowed the Rubicon to market it. However, he claimed to fully own the car and even changed its license plate number.

"Sir, is this car honestly yours? Was it given to you by your parents or whose car is it?" Judge Alimin asked.

"It's my uncle's car," Mario replied.

"Under whose name?" the judge asked.

"Under the name of the person who previously bought the car, it's a second-hand car, Your Honor," Mario explained.

"As you wish," Judge Alimin said.

Denies Viral News of Not Paying for Fuel

In the continuation of the trial, Judge Tumpanuli Marbun mentioned the viral news involving Mario, namely when he was accused of not paying for fuel at a gas station.

Regarding this matter, Mario denied the information that claimed he did not pay for fuel. According to him, he changed the car's license plate and squeezed it between other cars on the toll road to avoid fees.

"So, the gas station incident was when Amanda was a witness. That is not true, Your Honor," said Mario.
