There is a chilling story that caused the two-unit apartment building to remain unoccupied.

Ramza, who is the host in the video, revealed that there are two four-story buildings built to be apartments.

The two apartment buildings were built on a very large land, around five to seven hectares.

Ramza is seen showing a model of the apartment complex wrapped in a glass box covered in dust.

In the model, the arrangement of the apartment building is very beautiful and luxurious. There is a circular field in the middle of the yard.

It turns out that not only two apartment buildings were planned to be built, but 13 buildings with the same design.

"Originally, more than 10 buildings were planned to be built and the land was estimated to be around 5 to 7 hectares, and it was touted to be the most luxurious and grandest apartment complex in Sumedang Regency," he said.

But there was an unexpected event after the owner inaugurated or cut the ribbon on the first floor of the apartment building that Ramza entered.

Ramza said that after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the owner passed away near the model on the first floor.

"Here, friends, the ribbon-cutting ceremony for this building.

"Well, according to the information circulating, after the ribbon-cutting, the owner passed away at this location," said Ramza, pointing to the area around the apartment model.

However, Ramza did not mention the illness or the event that caused the owner of the apartment complex in Sumedang to pass away after the ribbon-cutting.

"But fate had other plans, so the owner passed away during the ribbon-cutting or inauguration of this building. That's the information and story that I received," added Ramza.

After showing the location where the owner of the apartment building passed away, Ramza continued to explore every room in the abandoned building.

The building was built in 2015. Until the building was inaugurated, two buildings out of the planned 13 were completed.

The interior of the first floor still looks quite good. The atmosphere is still new. The interior walls are also clean.

However, its abandoned condition has caused the apartment building to be neglected and dirty. There is a lot of dust and trash in some parts of the rooms.

Unfortunately, when exploring each room in the building, Ramza found that almost all of the rooms were locked.

"All of these are locked, friends. Let's take a look at this hallway. Well, it turns out it's also locked. Okay, all the doors are locked," said Ramza.
