In a video shared on China's social media platform, Weibo, a woman dressed in red can be seen screaming in pain as her hair gets caught in the massage chair.

The screams of the unidentified woman managed to attract the attention of train passengers. With the help of several people, the officers rushed to help the woman.

According to World of Buzz, the incident took place at one of the train stations in Chong Qing, China.

"Help me! Help me!" the woman cried out.

Several men rushed towards her and tried to remove the massage chair.

Meanwhile, those who were stronger exerted all their strength to pull the chair so that others could easily unplug the moving machine.

They managed to unplug the power cord and remove the chair, but the woman still couldn't move. Her hair was still stuck in the chair.

The only way to save the woman was to cut her hair. Several men held the woman while one person carefully cut part of her hair.

After the incident, the management admitted that the massage chair was not functioning properly, causing the woman's hair to be pulled into it.

The management immediately stopped the operation of all massage chairs at the location until further notice.

The video went viral on social media after being uploaded by the TikTok account @lolllyyyy4. The Public Relations Officer of KAI Daop VI Yogyakarta confirmed the incident.

The incident of a passenger's head getting stuck in the train door occurred during the journey of KA Bandara YIA No 7067B from Tugu Yogyakarta Station to Yogyakarta International Airport Station on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 11:00 AM.

The Public Relations Manager of Daop VI Yogyakarta, Franoto Wibowo, said that the quick action of the passengers and the officers at Yogyakarta International Airport Station successfully rescued the man. The train door was eventually opened, freeing the passenger whose head was stuck.

After being examined by station officers and the passenger himself, it was found that he did not feel any pain in the trapped area of his body.

Then, the passenger immediately got off and continued the journey to the Yogyakarta International Airport area.

They also made sure which side of the train door would be used for passengers to exit or enter. KAI Daop VI Yogyakarta apologized for the incident.

Franoto urged train passengers to pay attention to announcements from train officers through the loudspeaker.
