The doors and glass walls of the building were shattered and scattered across the entire floor of the building.

The ceiling of the art building was also seen collapsing after being hit by the top part of the truck.

Several chairs were overturned. The guests and the families were shocked by the incident.

Heartbreaking Cry of a Mother at the Grave of an Elementary School Child Victim of a Fatal Truck Accident in Bekasi, This is His Last Wish Before His Birthday

Dream - A fatal truck accident that occurred in Bekasi, West Java, on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, resulted in the death of ten people, four of whom were still elementary school students.

One of them was Naufal Shidqi As-Shaqib. The departure of the 5th grade boy was deeply felt by his mother. A video circulated capturing the cries of Naufal's mother at his grave.

His mother was seen kneeling on Naufal's still wet grave. The sound of her cries filled the short video recording.

Adding to the sadness, the boy who had just turned 10 years old was about to celebrate his birthday. However, before reaching the age of 11, Naufal had returned to his Lord.

Before his birthday, Naufal had one request to celebrate it. He asked for nasi kuning (yellow rice) to be made, but it was not made before Naufal passed away.

"Today is Opang's birthday, happy birthday, but Opang received the most special gift from Allah SWT," wrote the caption in a video commemorating Naufal on Instagram @insta_julid.

In the unfortunate incident, it was revealed that the truck crashed into motorcycles, vendor carts, and the front bus stop. The truck also hit a provider pole, causing it to collapse and the pole fell on a pickup truck, causing severe damage.

According to Liputan6.com, Bekasi Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol Hengki, said that all four child victims were students of SDN Kota Baru II and III located right in front of the accident site.

The accident, which occurred during school dismissal time, according to Hengki, also caused dozens of students to be injured.

"There were 4 students who died and 18 injured. As for the adults, 6 died and 5 were injured. Those are the validated data," he said.
