Taslimah added, "(There is no custody issue) from the information we provided, she only filed for divorce."

"When asked about the reason Nisya Ahmad filed for divorce from Andika Rosadi, Taslimah could not disclose it because the court proceedings were held in private."

"Taslimah emphasized that because this session is closed to the public, there are reasons that we cannot disclose due to its confidential nature."

The divorce lawsuit filed by Nisya Ahmad against Andika Rosadi has been ongoing since May 30, 2024.

"On August 1, 2024, the trial will continue with the agenda of evidence presentation."

"In her lawsuit, Nisya only wants a divorce. There are no claims regarding shared assets or custody of the three children from their marriage."

"Taslimah conveyed that the first hearing will take place on May 30, 2024. The first hearing will have a peace agenda, followed by mediation, and then continued with the reply and rebuttal. The final rebuttal will be conducted via e-court on July 25, 2024. The next hearing will be held on August 1 with an agenda for evidence."
