For the Sake of the Children, Virgoun Remains Silent about Inara Rusli's Behavior

Virgoun decides not to comment much about his divorce because he doesn't want to disappoint his children. 

"I don't want to make many statements because it's for the sake of my children's future," he said.

For the same reason, Virgoun also refrains from commenting out of respect for Inara as the mother of his children. 

"I don't want to say anything negative about my ex-wife," said Virgoun.

Today's divorce trial between Virgoun and Inara Rusli was scheduled for mediation. However, the judge's hope to reconcile them was not successful as Virgoun and Inara have agreed to divorce.

Going Through the Divorce Trial, Virgoun is Tightly Guarded

Inara, wearing a pink hijab combined with a yellow dress, arrived first accompanied by her lawyer, Mulkan Let-let.

Meanwhile, Virgoun arrived a few minutes later with his lawyer, Sandy Arifin. He was also escorted by four police officers when entering the West Jakarta Religious Court.

No statements were made by Virgoun when entering the courtroom. The singer of 'Surat Cinta Untuk Starla' remained silent even though the media kept asking about his divorce.

Virgoun, wearing a green shirt, long pants, a cap, and a black mask, only communicated with his lawyer before entering the courtroom.

Unlike Virgoun, Inara Rusli gave a little comment. She admitted that her meeting with Virgoun after the divorce was not the first time.

"I have met and seen their children before," added Inara.

Inara Rusli Demands Child Support and Monthly Costs of Rp110 Million as well as Rp10 Billion in Cash, Here's Virgoun's Reaction

Dream - Virgoun's lawyer, Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, allows Inara Rusli to demand mut'ah alimony of Rp10 billion to be paid in cash, as well as child support of Rp110 million per month to his client.

"It's okay to include the divorce and other matters such as iddah alimony, child support, and joint assets. But it depends on whether the evidence supports it or not," said Wijayono at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

According to Wijayono, Virgoun accepts it gracefully. He does not question the allegations made by Inara Rusli. "He just enjoys everything, because the allegations from the other party are enjoyed strand by strand," he said.

On the other hand, Virgoun does not want to talk much about his divorce in public because he still respects Inara Rusli as the mother of his children.

"We don't want to engage in a back-and-forth in the media, it's better to stay silent, we don't want to accuse or slander anyone on social media," he added.

Virgoun Divorce Lawsuit, Inara Rusli Demands Child Support and Monthly Costs of Rp110 Million as well as Rp10 Billion in Cash

Dream - Inara Rusli counter-sues Virgoun for divorce at the West Jakarta Religious Court. In the lawsuit, Inara makes many demands, including child support and hadhanah or the cost of caring for their children.

According to Inara's lawyer, Arjana Bagaskara, she demands that Virgoun pay a child support fee of Rp50 million per month. The hadhanah money must be given until each of their children reaches the age of 21.

"The ruling is that Virgoun must pay hadhanah in the amount of Rp50 million per month for each child, in cash, until they each reach the age of 21," said Arjana Bagaskara, as quoted from the show Cumi Cumi.

Inara also demands that Virgoun provide child support for their three children. The child support money must be given to each child until they reach adulthood.

"Furthermore, the ruling is that Virgoun must pay child support in the amount of Rp60 million per month until they each reach the age of 21, in cash, after the divorce verdict, even if there is an appeal process," added Arjuna.

Is that all? There's more. Inara also demands that Virgoun provide mut'ah alimony of Rp10 billion in cash.

Mut'ah alimony or consolation is a gift from the former husband to the former wife who has been divorced, either in the form of money or other items.

Inara is determined to fight for custody of their children. However, she is still open to reconciliation with Virgoun.

"I must fight for custody of my children. If the other party wants to reconcile, I am open to reconciliation," said Inara Rusli.

In addition to child support, Inara also asks Virgoun not to approach her house within a minimum distance of 10 kilometers.
