How Atta Halilintar Protects Aurel Hermansyah from Stress Due to Negative Comments on Social Media

Dream - Aurel Hermansyah shares her experience of being a new mother after giving birth to her first daughter, Ameena Hanna Nur Atta. Deciding to get married at a young age, Aurel admits that it is not easy to be a wife and mother at a young age.

"There is no lesson in becoming a mother, I learned a lot from my mother Ashanty since I was young, seeing how my mother took care of Arsy," said Aurel Hermansyah in Jakarta, Sunday, April 2, 2023.

Apart from taking care of her child, one of the challenges Aurel faces as a mother is accepting the fact that her body has changed and become bigger. This condition often makes her a victim of bullying from netizens.

Fortunately, Atta Halilintar always stands in the front and is one of Aurel's support systems when facing haters' criticisms.

"When Ameena was born, Atta always supported me, there were a few people who were not confident when they saw my body, but Alhamdulillah, Atta never commented on that," said Aurel Hermansyah.

Receiving positive comments from her husband is the key for Aurel to remain calm in the face of bullying.

"If he (Atta) criticizes my body, I'm afraid I won't want to get pregnant again. But Atta never does that," she added.

Meanwhile, Atta admits that he pays great attention to Aurel's psychological condition after giving birth. He notices that his wife often gets stressed when receiving negative comments about her body.

"When she is disturbed by social media, I turn it off. Sometimes she reads people's insults," added Aurel.

The action taken by Atta, according to Clinical Psychologist & Co-founder @Tigagenerasi Saskhya Aulia Prima, M.Psi, is the right step. The support of a husband is crucial in making a couple happy.

"Every child's growth is a reflection of their mother, so the role of a mother is very important in the development of a child," said Saskhya.

Dream - Atta Halilintar and Aurel Hermansyah have just performed the Umrah pilgrimage. They spent 10 days in Saudi Arabia and experienced Ramadan fasting in the Holy Land. According to Aurel, the Ramadan atmosphere in Mecca is very different from Jakarta.

"Wow, it's very lively there. The atmosphere during iftar is very different," said Aurel Hermansyah, quoted from the Nit Not YouTube channel.

One of the differences Aurel felt was the atmosphere during iftar. In Mecca, she said, many people share their food.

"There, people share their food everywhere. There are a lot of dates given," said Aurel Hermansyah.

Aside from that, Anang Hermansyah's eldest daughter felt that the weather in Mecca is hotter than Jakarta, but her worship went smoothly.

"It was hot there, but fasting there was exciting. The time is longer, but it's exciting," said Aurel Hermansyah.

Meanwhile, her husband, Atta Halilintar, feels the blessings of this year's Ramadan. He feels a new experience.

"Especially during Ramadan, that's the purpose. Hopefully, this can be an improvement for our family in the future," explained Atta Halilintar.

This Umrah is very memorable for Atta because they brought their daughter, Ameena, to perform the Umrah.
